The technicians in this department provide clients with technical support, and supply versatile parts.

Purchasing

This department supports Gecko’s sales by planning and procuring the necessary materials while ensuring the schedule reflects clients’ needs and priorities.

Production Support

The support department comprises qualified technicians and engineers who provide technical support in the plant.

Accounting

Accounting provides reliable financial information within set deadlines to support all partners in the decision-making process.

Human Resources

The objective of Human Resources is to ensure positions are staffed with competent individuals, who are given the opportunity to develop professionally in a positive work environment.

Internship opportunities in various fields

SMT (Surface Mount Technology)

This unit is the starting point in the manufacturing process. The machine mounts SMT parts on the products (components mounted ON the circuit board).

Assembly

This unit assembles the components individually on the circuit boards.

Welding and tests (Wave)

This unit is home to the wave machine, in which pewter is melted in a large solder pot and then pumped to produce a wave in order to solder the components.

Varnishing

To protect the circuit boards, we coat them with varnish. We have four varnishing machines and a UV oven to harden the varnish.

Control pads

This department manufactures the control pads (baths and spas), which comprise buttons and displays to control the power modules.

INPAC

Manufactures all power modules, the boxes that power the pumps, blowers, lights and other accessories. The circuit boards are inserted in plastic boxes, and a battery test is performed.

Materials management/Shipping-Receiving/Inspection

This unit verifies quantities received, packages products for shipping, and inspects custom parts.

Cabling

This department manufactures the cables needed to operate our products.
